We are delighted that you are interested in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we will provide you with detailed information about how we handle your data.
1. Access data and hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Every time you access a website, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offering. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offering in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR, which prevail within the framework of a balancing of interests. All access data is deleted no later than fourteen days after the end of your visit to the site.
1.1 Hosting
The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, all access data and all data collected in forms provided for this purpose on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact options described in this privacy policy.
1.2 Content Delivery Network
In order to shorten loading times, we use a so-called content delivery network (“CDN”) for some of our offers. This service delivers content, e.g. large media files, via regionally distributed servers of external CDN service providers. Access data is therefore processed on the service providers’ servers. Our service providers work for us as part of order processing.
Our service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside the EU and EEA. There is no adequacy decision from the European Commission for these countries.
Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact the contact option described in this privacy policy.

The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
We use the data you provide to process the contract and handle your enquiries (including enquiries regarding and processing of any existing warranty and performance claims as well as any statutory updating obligations) in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR. Further information on the processing of your data, in particular on the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this data protection declaration. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after any tax and commercial retention periods have expired in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter c of GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR or we reserve the right to use the data in any other way that is permitted by law and about which we will inform you in this declaration.

In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR, we will pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they handle shipping for us (drop shipment). These are considered shipping service providers within the meaning of this data protection declaration.

Google Analytics
For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. If you visit our website from the EU, your IP address will be stored on a server located in the EU to derive location data and then immediately deleted before the traffic is forwarded to other Google servers for processing. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Google.
For the purpose of optimised marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for "Google Products and Services" . This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and subsequently use it to improve Googleservices. The data release to Google within the scope of these data release settings is based on an additional agreement between the responsible parties. We have no influence on the subsequent data processing by Google.
For web analysis, the Google Analytics Google Signals extension function enables so-called "cross-device tracking". If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account, Google can create reports on your usage behavior (in particular the number of users across devices), even if you change your device. We do not process any personal data in this respect; we only receive statistics created on the basis of Google Signals.
If you do not give us your consent to use Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR, no cookies will be stored on your device or read. The data processing described in the previous paragraphs will not take place. In order to close gaps in web analysis through behavior and conversion modeling, pings with data (user agent, information on your consent behavior, screen resolution, IP address) are sent to Google.
Google Ads
For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the so-called Google remarketing cookie is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) and using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Any further data processing only takes place if you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account. For website analysis and event tracking, we use Google Ads Conversion Tracking to measure your subsequent usage behavior if you have accessed our website via a Google Ads ad. Cookies may be used for this purpose and data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or registering for a newsletter) may be collected, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms.
If you do not give us your consent to use Google Ads in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR, no cookies will be stored on your device or read. The data processing described in the previous paragraphs will not take place. In order to close gaps in web analysis through behavior and conversion modeling, pings with data (user agent, information on your consent behavior, screen resolution, IP address, page URL, information on ad clicks in URL parameters) are sent to Google. Your IP address is used to derive the IP country.
Google Tag Manager
Using Google Tag Manager, we can manage various codes and services on our website. When implementing the individual tags, Google may also process personal data (e.g. IP address, online identifiers (including cookies)). The data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Google.
By using the Google Tag Manager, various services/technologies can be integrated.
If you do not wish to use individual tracking services and have therefore deactivated them, the deactivation will remain in place for all affected tracking tags that are integrated by the Google Tag Manager.

If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR, Trusted Shops widgets are integrated into this website to display Trusted Shops services (e.g. seal of approval, collected reviews) and to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.
The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops AG, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne ("Trusted Shops"), with whom we are jointly responsible for data protection in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. As part of this data protection notice, we will inform you below about the essential contractual contents in accordance with Art. 26 Para. 2 GDPR.
As part of the joint responsibility between us and Trusted Shops AG, if you have any data protection questions or wish to assert your rights, please contact Trusted Shops using the contact options provided in the data protection information . Regardless of this, you can always contact the responsible party of your choice. If necessary, your request will then be forwarded to the other responsible party for response.
8.1 Data processing when integrating the Trustbadge/other widgets
The Trustbadge is provided by a US CDN (Content Delivery Network) provider. An appropriate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which is available for the USA here . Service providers used in the USA are usually certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). You can find more information here . If the service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as a suitable guarantee.
When you call up the Trustbadge, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. The IP address is anonymized immediately after collection, sothat the stored data cannot be assigned to you personally. The anonymized data is used in particular for statistical purposes and for error analysis.
8.2 Data processing after order completion
If you have given your consent, the Trustbadge will access the order information (order total, order number, product purchased if applicable) and email address stored in your device after the order has been completed and your email address will be hashed using a cryptographic one-way function. The hash value will then be sent to Trusted Shops with the order information in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR.
This is to check whether you are already registered for Trusted Shops services. If this is the case, further processing will take place in accordance with the contractual agreement concluded between you and Trusted Shops. If you are not yet registered for the services or do not give your consent to automatic recognition via the Trustbadge, you will then be given the opportunity to register manually to use the services or to take out insurance as part of your existing user agreement.
For this purpose, after completing your order, the Trustbadge accesses the following information that is stored in the device you are using: order total, order number and email address. This is necessary so that we can offer you buyer protection. The data will only be transmitted to Trusted Shops if you actively decide to take out buyer protection by clicking on the corresponding button in the so-called Trustcard. If you decide to use the services, further processing will be based on the contractual agreement with Trusted Shops in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR in order to complete your registration for buyer protection and secure the order, and to be able to send you review invitations by email if necessary.
Trusted Shops uses service providers in the areas of hosting, monitoring and logging. The legal basis is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation. Processing may take place in third countries (USA and Israel). An appropriate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which is available for the USA here and for Israelhere . Service providers used from the USA are usually certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). You can find more information here . If the service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as a suitable guarantee.
